It's like a big ol scarf, cut out poncho, kind of a wrap deal...ha...not sure what to really call it. I knew I'd love it when I saw it from a distance squished on a rack...because olive green...fall..yea kind of obsessed...give me all the green, but it also comes in ivory, which is really pretty too..especially for you brunettes.
One of my favorite accessories of this year has to be the statement designer belt. I've been dying to buy a couple of these since I was preggos, and obviously needed to wait until post baby, and that I lost most of my baby weight. Weeeelllll, I couldn't wait any longer. This was an anniversary present from my honey for September....and my first designer belt...again pregnant 2 out of the past 3 years..luckily!!! But it was 89 months...yes, we celebrate every month...since month one. He is such a romantic in this way. Most months it is something extremely small, flowers, my favorite candy, then maybe a pair of boots, and sometimes I get the vavavvoom...well...he must have been feeling the love, because I got the vavavoom present. Honestly, you'll hear me say this forever more, my favorite thing, and the only thing I truly care about is the card. I have 89 monthly Anniversary cards, plus yearly ones and so on...it's my favorite part and I love figuring out when and where he is going to hide it.
Off track...okay...right now this look is perfect for transitioning to fall...it provides an extra layer when you need it, especially taking in a movie, you can wrap it like a pashmina, or take it off when you don't. This Louis Vuitton belt just makes it fun and ties it all together in a stylish way. You don't have to buy a designer belt for this look...I'll link some lovelies below too. Crazy about this bodysuit under this, (I showed you guys this on stories about a month ago. You can easily do a bodysuit one with sleeves, or in solid white. Actually black jeans and a black bodysuit would be fierce too...that's actually how I'll wear it next.
I also love it layered more like an open vest over a plain tee...again, easy to take off and on, as you get cold or hot. Then as it gets cooler, replace that tee with a lighter weight sweater, and a fun hat...gorge darling!
