Summer Style and The Year of the Pompoms and Tassels

Loving everything about the pompom trend...and no, not the kind I adorned in high school, although I loved those too.  Pompom and tassel anything, is so huge this year...although it can get a little youthful fast.  I was searching for just the right balance.

Here, I incorporated it just in my accessories...I linked this clutch and another amazing tassel one, because it is selling out fast everywhere.  This simple, clean, clutch with just a hint of the pom is exactly what I wanted...not overdone, classic, yet fun.  I found these earrings at Express, but they aren't showing online yet...and they are gorgeous...tassels...with sophistication (linking similar stunning options that I'll be buying next).  The most playful of all , are these pompom sandals...and these are everything!  I linked my exact ones, and a few similar pairs.  Aren't these perfection!  Pairing it with the cutest dress, (under $25)...This dress is seriously one of the easiest dresses to wear...I was 3 weeks postpartum here and it is hiding a lot!  I actually bought this dress as a swim coverup, but it is so cute here for lunch, happy hour, or any weekend activity, including a bbq/pool day.  You could even pair it with a cute pair of heels for dinner.  It's actually giving me all the Cinco De Mayo feels, which happens to be today.  I also love the white embroidery, which is so on trend as well.  These sunnies are my absolute new fav...they show purple and then fuchsia, depending on how the light hits them, and they have that cool mirrored look...prepare to see these on repeat.  I wonder how many sunnies I bought the past 12 months...I mean seriously I'm obsessed!!
