I loved these white clay plates….they are rustic and beautiful and they have matching bowls and salad plates as well. I went with the matte rose gold silverware, because I already owned gold and silver sets ….and these are so pretty. They come matte and shiny. The napkins hit a little shipping delay…but I’ll link the ones I ordered here for you because they have this amazing burlap trim detail, and I am so excited for them to arrive.

Summer is here…. my babies are done with school next week…which is crazy….fastest year ever! Time to slow down and start enjoying our long summer days with family and friends. We love to dine alfresco and in Scottsdale, you can pretty much do so year round.
I used to do very elaborate tablescapes.… but with timing these days as a working toddler momma…I have to lean in where I can. I actually love using what is in my yard to make a simple tablescape, something I can whip up spur of the moment and then layer easy entertaining pieces! If your yard has tons of blooms…definitely use what you have…and if your fruit trees are ready..there ya go..instant decor. My husband and I are definitely more spontaneous people and these nights are more a quick 1-2 day notice and there ya go. So I have but usually day of to quickly make something come alive…the key is always having staple entertaining pieces on hand to make everything run smoothly for you. I stored a ton of this in my garage… and I already replaced a few of my oldies, but needed a few more pieces and found some great affordable alternates to some of my already tried and loved entertaining staples.
If you are looking to entertain low key at home…this post is for you!!! I found the best options at Walmart…I loved their pop of color for summer options…and while I lean a little more neutral in home decor…tablescapes are a great way to add in seasonal colors.I love adding in pops of color with affordable and easy to mix in and out options…like pillows, napkins, etc. I found such fabulous hostess pieces there that I think you will all love as well! So many of their pieces arrived within two days which was incredible. I’m only regretting I didn’t add in a rug….I think I need that next!
Definitely my favorite find for May was this bar cart…absolute perfection, and only $159!!!! I kid you not!! I’ve been looking for the perfect one for forever…this cart is not classified as an outdoor cart, but I don’t see any issues taking it out for a night to make your night run more smoothly and easily. It”s such a beauty…I link a few below too..they have some awesome bar carts right now!
Love having lots of extra pillows for the kiddos to lean up against and relax with…a pillow poof it is. The lights in the tree are actually solar powered and don’t need to be plugged in, which is super convenient!
I’ve linked up all the fabulous serving dishes I picked up, and I absolutely love the new drink dispenser. I have a few similar, but this one is a fraction of the cost at $32, and has this nifty container in the center for holding smaller fruits like strawberries and blueberries… so many inventive drinks can be served in this guy! I also loved this lazy susan…its the prettiest one I’ve ever seen! They seriously had so many amazing new entertaining finds for amazing affordable prices…and pieces you can reuse for a variety of gatherings.
